Post: Security Research Engineer
Description:
2 to 3 years of experience in developing malware/vulnerability signatures (snort etc.). Experience in Malware Analysis, Vulnerability Research and IPS/IDS signature writing.
Skills:
Should have good understanding of TCP/IP, UDP and basic Networking
Basic knowledge of Software Debugging (WinDBG/OllyDBG/GDB etc.) and Windows OS internals
Basic Knowledge of vulnerability research - reverse engineering, Fuzzing and x86 assembly
Should have knowledge of at least one scripting language (TCL, Perl, Python, Shell, awk, etc.) to develop tools to be used for research.
Experience in application research - developing signatures for P2P, IM Applications etc..
Qualification:
BE/MCA/MCS/Btech/ME/Mtech
Must exhibit good communication skills and ability to learn.
