Experience: M.Sc/B.Tech/M.Tech/M.C.A with 5+ yrs of experience

Essential skills:

• System / Security administrators having worked with/ managed several network devices – servers, routers, firewall, Databases, switches, web servers and other network, operating system, or security devices and are well versed in interpreting the Logs associated with these.
• Configuration Managers who are well versed in scripting and are willing to move onto a development role to leverage their scripting experience
• Expertise in at least one scripting technology – Javascript, Shell, Perl & the likes
• Expertise in using scripting technology to parse data.
• The ability to learn, communicate, work flexibly with remote developers, and problem solving both independently and with a team is essential.

Desirable skills:

• Exposure to Java, automation frameworks and coding experience around test automation
• Exposure to Security concepts, Compliance Standards such as ISO 27002 etc.,
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL, MSSQL, Oracle or other databases a plus

Responsibilities Include:

• Development, maintenance & testing of Sentinel Data Collectors for various devices.

• Identifying issues and proposing optimal solutions
• Working with software development teams across Geographises
• Entering & tracking defects
• Providing input for product documentation
• Reviewing requirements and design documents.
