Sr.Principal Software Engineer (Technical Architect)
Location: Pune
Experience: 14+ years
Skills
Proficient in C++, Windows System Programming, Enterprise grade application
· Adept in Architecting & Designing solutions, reviewing designs and doing code reviews
· Should be technically hands on, would be given some coding problems to solve during interview
· Should have worked for a product company and made multiple releases on a single product line.
· Should have been in a technical ladder throughout
· Should be well versed with Agile Development Methodologies
· PLUS - Exposure to security domain
Responsibility
· Would be expected to be the Domain expert
· Participate in roadmap discussion and identifying improvement areas for existing product
· Mentor junior team members
· Be the champion and play significant role in establishing best practices such as coding guidelines, Functional Test, Unit
· Expect to conduct Competitive Review, understand competitive scenario and disseminate information to team/PM
· Would also have to participate in defining automation strategy and improving Quality practices
· Interacting with Sales Engineer, Customers and feeding information back to the team & PM
· Interface with other security products and understand the security BU goals, identify integration and other opportunity and align ourselves with it
