Project Manager - Cyber Lab

Job Description:
Position: Project Manager - Cyber Lab
Experience: 3 to 5 years with previous experience in information security / Cyber Forensics / BCP / Incident Handling.
The Project Manager is the person responsible for accomplishing the project objectives within the constraints of the project. The role is responsible for the outcome of the individual training facility and is responsible for ensuring that budgets are adhered to. The role shall ensure that the project is effectively resourced and manages relationships with all the project contributors.
Key result areas:
- Managing and leading the individual Lab team.
- Managing co-ordination of the stake holders and working groups engaged in project work.
- Detailed project planning and control including:
- Developing and maintaining a detailed inventory of the Lab assets.
- Design and implement short term courses/awareness programs for the benefit of the different communities of the society.
- Prepare and submit monthly expenses statements to the finance department.
- Identify the volunteers and resource persons to deliver sessions on important topics.
- Providing status reports (Weekly/Monthly/Annually).
- Managing the training programs within the defined/economical budget.
- Design outreach training programmes to reach out other parts of the city/state.
- Personally handle sessions on technical topics during the training programmes.
- Identifying user (govt depts) training needs and devising and managing user training programmes.
