REQUIREMENTS
Candidates in the following mind set, please do not apply:
-- I can hack, I use nessus
-- My friend, metasploit framework is all you need for penetration testing
-- I love to war drive, infact I always use by neighbour's wifi
-- ISO 27001 will help you become fully secure, I am fresher and a Certified LA
-- I did CEH and CISSP because I hate coding

-- I wrote this tool that is now open source
-- Intrusion detection is my favorite subject (special mention)
-- Last night I finally figured the payload from the mw and will write a paper on it
-- I just presented my research at a security conference / meetup
-- I can build a secure web application!!
The above, are probably the signs of people we want to meet, we will absolutely put the candidate through the requisite examination before approval.
ABOUT THE POSITION
This is a do it all position, where we expect the candidate to participate in the following:
-- Write code and install systems / software to simulate the latest discovered vulnerabilities
-- Identify and document detection strategies
-- Analyze events / incidents for customers in real-time
-- Research newer techniques of capturing malware and RE them before the night is over
-- Build tools to automate your work and be "process oriented"
ABOUT NETMONASTERY
We are a hands-on company, that helps customers identify threats in real-time (from the brochure). Internally we have built the requisite systems that are able to track attacks and identify anomalies. We are constantly re-searching to improve our work. On a daily basis we deal with malware infections, application attacks and floods and are constantly trying to find newer answers to these issues. Finally we are a customer oriented service company, and therefore we inherit all the qualities of a service organization.
