a. Arrays from Network Appliance, e.g. FAS2040, FAS3070 and FAS3160. FAS6210
The Level-2 Operational Support Services that resource shall provide for the Storage Infrastructure Platform includes
• Change Management
• Configuration Management
• Release Management
• System Administration
• Service Monitoring & Control
• Storage Management
• Job Scheduling
• Incident Management
• Problem Management
• Capacity Management
• Availability Management
Basic responsibilities to be performed on each skill:
• Minimum of (2) year experience in managing and using the following NAS products:
• Network Appliance Filers;
• Data Ontap 7.X;
• Data Fabric Manager;
• Symantec Virus Scanning.
